In recent years, she has focused on anti-money laundering, corporate governance, implementation of ESG guidelines and compliance.<br \/>\nNicole will join Leoniq both as an independent director and as an advisor in the fields related to her main areas of expertise, supporting our clients in their projects.<br \/>\nWe are delighted to have Nicole on board with her extensive legal expertise and hands-on approach and to work with her as a partner on our clients&#8217; projects and as an independent director in our Leoniq team.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"mso-ansi-language: EN-GB;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nicole Schmidt-Troje, a fully qualified lawyer and corporate governance expert, joins the Leoniq Directors Office team and expertise as of 01.01.2022.
