Alexander Fischer<\/span><\/h1>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”30px”][vc_column_text]Alexander is an Independent Director with 19 years of business track record and experience in financial services with a focus on asset management in Europe. He is a fully qualified lawyer and corporate governance expert.<\/p>\n

Prior to joining Leoniq, he was Head of Corporate Investment Services & Fund Setup for almost four and a half years and Assistant Vice President for three years at two of the most prestigious and largest Alternative Investment Fund Managers (AIFM) in Luxembourg. In 2009, he joined the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI) as Senior Legal Advisor and has also held various committee positions with the European fund associations (EFAMA and ETDF).\u00a0 He sits on the Board of Directors of several mutual and alternative investment funds.<\/p>\n

He is fluent in German and English.
