She was also able to contribute her expertise on large scale cross-border M&amp;A transactions.<\/p>\n<p>For the past 14 years she has been working in various positions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Senior Legal Counsel in the legal department of a \u201cSuper ManCo\u201c (UCITS and AIFM licence);<\/li>\n<li>Conducting Officer, Head of Legal and Compliance, Chief Compliance Officer and MLRO (\u201cRC\u201d), among others responsible for the setting up of a Luxembourg management company and the migration of the existing funds.
